This casino is a SCAM / adheres to fraudulent practices and will steal your money. I registered for an account about a week ago 06/01/26. I verified my account and claimed the 3 free SC. I didn't win enough to withdraw so I purchased a welcome pack of SC for $5. I then won 150 SC and proceeded to redeem my winnings. I then received an email that said my account was being deactivated and my winnings voided due to my violating their multi account policy. I have only ever had one account at this casino. The casino is so new that I know it is impossible for me to have previously registered an account under an old email or something like that. When I contacted customer support they said it is against their policy to provide evidence of the multiple accounts. So, they have a blanket right to deactivate your account and take your money and have no requirement to provide proof that you indeed violated their terms (which in my case, I did not). They even refused to refund the $5 I spent. I find it extremely deceitful and suggestive of fraudulent behavior for a casino to deactivate an account for multiple accounts and refuse to, at a minimum, advise the player the account name or email address associated with the alleged multiple account. In this case, I know that I do not have multiple accounts and so I know the reason is because this casino is aimed at stealing your money. Beware of this casino, you will always lose. Either you'll lose your money playing or you will win and your winnings will be voided under false pretenses.
