Stakester Originals Are Live: Nine Provably Fair Casino Games You Can Try Free
Stakester Originals are here: Dice, Blackjack, Mines, Baccarat, Plinko, Roulette, Limbo, Keno and Diamonds, every one provably fair, with a free demo on its own page and the sweepstakes casinos where you can play it with Sweeps Coins.

Today we are switching on something we have been building for most of the year: Stakester Originals, nine casino games of our own. Dice, Blackjack, Mines, Baccarat, Plinko, Roulette, Limbo, Keno and Diamonds are live, every one is provably fair, and every one has its own page on Stakester where you can play a free demo before you go anywhere near a Sweeps Coin.
Until now this site has done one job: tell you which sweepstakes casinos are worth your time. That job does not change. What changes is that, for the first time, some of the games you play at those casinos are ours, and we want to be upfront about what that means, how the games work, and how to check them yourself.
What launched today
Originals are the quick, simple games a casino offers under its own banner rather than licensing from a slot studio. They became popular because the odds are transparent and a round takes seconds. Here is the full line-up, with the figures each game returns at its default rules.
Game | How a round works | Return to player | Volatility | Top payout |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Pick a win chance, roll under or over | 99.0% | Low | 49.5x | |
Six decks, played out hand by hand | 99.5% | Medium | 3:2 on blackjack | |
Reveal tiles until you cash out or hit a mine | 99.0% | High | 25,000 SC cap per round | |
Player, Banker or Tie, dealt at once | 98.9% | Medium | 8:1 on a tie | |
Drop a ball through 8 to 16 rows of pegs | 99.0% | High | 1,000x | |
Single-zero European wheel | 97.3% | Medium | 35:1 straight up | |
Name a target multiplier, win if the result reaches it | 98.0% | High | 1,000,000x | |
Pick up to 10 of 40 numbers, 10 are drawn | 98.0% | High | 1,000x | |
Five gems read like a poker hand | 98.0% | High | 50x |
Those return figures are the long-run share of every stake a game pays back. They are not a promise about your next session: a 99 percent return still means the house keeps a cent of every dollar over millions of rounds, and any single session can run far above or below it. We publish them because they are the honest way to compare games, not because they make a game a good bet.
Why a sweepstakes directory built its own games
We read a lot of player feedback, and the same three complaints come up again and again. Slot odds are hard to find. Nobody explains how a result was produced. And there is no way to try a game properly before spending coins on it. Originals answer all three when they are built the right way, so we built them that way.
Every game has a published return, a rules page that explains the maths in plain words, a fairness check you can run yourself, and a full demo on Stakester. We would rather you learn Mines with a pretend wallet and decide it is not for you than discover that at a casino.
The obvious question is whether this changes how we rank casinos. It does not. The casino directory is ranked exactly as it was before, and whether a casino carries Stakester Originals plays no part in where it sits. If you ever spot something that looks otherwise, tell us through our contact page.
Provably fair, in plain words
"Provably fair" gets used loosely, so here is exactly what it means in our games. Every result is computed from three ingredients:
- A server seed, a long random string the game picks before you bet. You do not see it yet, but you see its fingerprint, a SHA-256 hash, before you stake.
- A client seed, a string held by your own browser. You can change it whenever you like in the game's Fairness panel.
- A nonce, a counter for rounds or draws that need more than one number.
The game mixes the three with HMAC-SHA256 and turns the output into the result: a roll, a shuffle, a ball path, a pocket. When the round closes, the server seed is revealed. You can then hash it yourself and confirm it matches the fingerprint you were shown before the bet, which proves the seed was fixed in advance, and recompute the result from the three ingredients to confirm nothing was changed afterwards.
Take a round of Dice. You set Roll Under 50.00, a 50 percent chance at 1.98x. Before you press Roll, the Fairness panel shows the hash of the server seed. You roll a 31.47 and win. The seed is revealed, and anyone with those three values can run the same calculation and get 31.47 again, every time. The house cannot swap the seed after seeing your bet, because the hash it showed you would no longer match.
One honest caveat: in the free demos on Stakester, the server seed is generated in your own browser, so the check works as a demonstration of the method rather than independent proof. At a casino, the game service holds the seed and commits to it before the casino is even asked for your stake.
Which game suits the way you play
The nine games share the same transparency but feel very different to play. A quick guide by temperament:
Slow and steady
Blackjack has the highest return of the set at 99.5 percent with sound basic strategy: six decks, the dealer stands on soft 17, and a natural pays 3:2. Baccarat asks for no decisions at all, and the Banker bet returns 98.9 percent even after its 5 percent commission. Dice at a high win chance, say 90 percent, wins most rounds for small profits and lets a stake last.
A bit of everything
Roulette runs on a single-zero European wheel where every bet type returns 97.3 percent, so you can spread chips however you enjoy. Keno on the Classic or Low tables with a handful of picks pays small and often, with a single pick hitting a quarter of the time.
Big swings
Limbo lets you name any target up to a million times your stake; a 2x target wins 49 percent of the time, a 100x target just under 1 percent. Plinko on 16 rows and High risk puts a 1,000x bin on each edge. Mines with many mines climbs fast, and Diamonds pays 50x for five of a kind, which turns up once in 2,401 deals.
The useful thing to know is that, within each game, your choices mostly change the shape of the ride rather than the edge. Three mines or twenty-four, a 1.5x Limbo target or a 50x one: the long-run return stays put. Pick the variance you enjoy and size your stake for it.
Try every game free, right here
Each game page has the demo built in. Press Play and the real game loads with a pretend wallet of 1,000 SC: the same maths, the same Fairness panel and the same animations as the casino version. If the pretend wallet runs dry, it is topped up. There is no account, no download and nothing to deposit.
A few things worth trying on your first visit:
- Open the Fairness panel before a round, note the seed hash, then compare it with the seed revealed afterwards.
- Switch Plinko between Low and High risk on the same number of rows and watch how the bins change.
- Use Fullscreen on a phone: the games are built to fill the screen and never scroll.
The Stakester Originals lobby lists all nine games with their returns and volatility, and every game page carries a plain-English guide to the rules and odds.
Where to play with Sweeps Coins
At launch, Stakester Originals are live at three sweepstakes casinos: ZumbaCards, AceBet and Crash Duel. Each game page lists them under Where to play, with the same welcome offers, ratings and state details you see in the full directory, and we add casinos as they launch the games.
Two things to check before you sign up anywhere. First, availability depends on where you live: our sweepstakes legal tracker covers every state, including the handful that ban or restrict sweepstakes casinos. Second, most casinos give you free coins just for joining, so the no-deposit bonuses page is a good way to try the games with Sweeps Coins without buying anything.
Play it for fun, keep it that way
Fast games are fun because they are fast, and that is also why they deserve a little discipline. Decide a session budget before you start, treat the published returns as long-run averages rather than predictions, and stop when the budget is gone. Sweepstakes casinos always offer free ways to play, and you never need to buy coins to enjoy these games. If playing ever stops feeling like entertainment, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is available on 1-800-522-4700.
Run a sweepstakes casino?
Stakester Originals are built to run inside sweepstakes casinos: nine games, your brand colours and rules, one integration, with every round recorded for disputes and audits. If you would like them on your casino, get in touch and we will set up a demo in your colours.
That is the launch. Head to the Originals lobby, pick a game, and press Play. We will keep this post updated as more casinos add the games, and you can follow every new launch on the Stakester blog.
